LOTUS Chemmixers offers a complete line of belt drive side entry mixers. They compete directly with what is offered by our competition. However, it is important to point out that there is a significant difference between our product and our competition’s.  

 

• Minimum belt Service Factor 2.0 – competition’s standards are only 1.25 or 1.5 times.

• We offer four belt options - V–belts, toothed belts, Goodyear Eagle PD Toothed Belts or Gates Belts

• Our belt drive mixers utilize a three bearing system to minimize vibration (competitive designs only have two bearings in their mixers).
